Completely agree with this list! There's no way I'm paying more for worse performance and less connectivity! Think Johnny Ives ascetically oriented thinking crippled this product. Hers hoping they fix that in gen two.

Why would you buy the new MacBook, when the MacBook air offers more power and is cheaper? Also, the MacBook Pro is the same price. Not to forget, there are other fantastic Windows ultrabooks and laptop tablet hybrid out there as well.

waiting on a product because a feature will take some time getting used to is not a good reason. the sooner you start, the better you be later on. that being said the first of many products from apple is still not worth getting even though they revived the "Macbook" name.
