I live in South Texas about 40 min from South Padre Island. The gulf oysters here are so good and so salty! They go perfect with a horseradish cocktail sauce and key lime juice!

Espinaler from Spain is great on all seafood. Moderate heat, vinegar and spices. Good stuff.
