This guy is the only person to ever refer to a Corolla or Camry as “these two beasts.”

I just picked up my 2023 Camry SE and I am a One happy camper! I am 69 years old and I started my driving in 1971 with a 1963 4 door Chevy bel air. I had a good amount of cars and trucks over the years and this Camry SE brings me back to my younger years, but I have to read the book with all the technology in this ride…….Life is Good!

I would choose the Camry LE. Interestingly the MSRP on the Corolla is now more than the MSRP on my 2010 Camry LE was 12 years ago. Still goes strong with 190, 000 miles.

I went with the Corolla LE but with the alloy wheels and all the upgraded safety things. A bit over 19k it was 26k for the cheapest Camry and offered no extra features. Didn’t need the bigger car. Choice was easy

It's nice that someone reviews the base/lower models as well.

I just helped my daughter get a Corolla LE yesterday.
NO option packages.
The only thing I wish it had was the Blind Spot Monitors and the Cross Traffic Alert.
However, We only had to wait one month do take delivery.
Pretty good in todays 'Car World'.

The Corolla is the next best thing to getting a Hybrid.
My daughter was driving a 2009 Jeep Liberty with 175K on it. <sigh>
So many things were not working correctly. And of course horrible gas mileage.
Jeep's are just crap in my opinion.
Getting her a Corolla is a fine vehicle that should last her for 10-15 years with proper maintenance.
She is so happy and was a bit surprised her Mom & Dad chipped in to help her out.

Thanks Jeff. Both are great cars but for me it’s Camry all the way. I love the extra space and comfort.

JEFF, you are crazy fun!!! I just had to SUBSCRIBE to your channel. I LOVE watching your car reviews. Very INFORMATIVE, very ENTERTAINING. That "Body Test" to check the trunk room is quite creative and shows how spacious trunks really are. Keep doing what you're doing my friend, I wish you nothing but THE BEST.

Camry all the way ! I have the 2019 Camry SE and I love it. I drove a 2013 Honda Civic for 2 years and I’ll never go back to compact cars

Test drove both. Corolla feels loud and the turning signal handle is plastic feel. Then tried Camry, much quieter and nicer. Eventually picked Camry.

They're both excellent cars and at these trim levels they're very competitive. Camry was my choice and hopefully the Camry will last a long time.

If I had to go with LE I would go with Camry. I like alloy wheels. wheel covers get stolen. But I like more room and a better ride.

Jeff, This one is easy, Camry all the way. Remember folks, when it comes to monthly car payments: LEss is more 😁Car & Driver got 40 mpg highway with the Corolla and 45 mpg with the Camry. With today's gas prices, 5 mpg really adds up. For city driving, Hybrid is the way to go.
