The best down to earth video out there on coaching. There are too many videos out there about making money as a coach and never about how you become a coach from scratch. And when you mentioned Universal coach institute, I had to check this out and I was so impressed with how much information and help is available on that site. Some coaches don't want to actually help like this. I like fact that it's self study and online. And that it's recognised by ICF. This is definitely on my plan.
One question, when you have to submit with a client can you do it via voice recording?
