it's incredible what you can do in wordpress with a few plugins, the biggest challenge is not if something can be done but figuring out the way you want to do it, so many options!

For everyone complaining...
I understand your frustration. However:

1. He assumes that you already know how to use Elementor (as explained at the beginning of the video) and then describes how this plugin works. This isn't an Elementor video tutorial.

2. He explains that to add the different elements to your header/footer you only need to drag the buttons from the list on the left onto your page (right area). This is the exact same process you use to build a page with Elementor.

3. In this video he shows how to extend Free Elementor capabilities through another plugin, which allows you to use Elementor on your header and footer (paid-elementor features). The plugin has the plus of adding extra buttons/features to Elementor free that work as shortcuts for elements that you would generally use in the header/footer, such as the logo, a shopping cart, and the copyright field.

And this plugin is exactly what I need. Thanks for the video 🧡

The plugin ran great until Elementor was updated to version 3.6.x.
Since Elementor 3.6.0 and 3.6.1 my website shows a fatal error when the plugin is activated
