Building Custom Headers for Our Coyote Swapped 1973 F100: Ep 2

On this episode we're cutting and welding up some custom long-tube headers for our 1973 F100 supercharged Coyote swap. This 5.0 engine will be packing some serious boost with this Whipple blower, and those stock headers were just not cutting it! So the S2S team put Tim Moceri to work, fabbing up some of the cleanest looking custom headers you've seen on a 5.0 Coyote. Tim goes over his process, step by step on how he plans the layout of the headers and what he does to make sure he has solid strong welds on the Ticon stainless pipes he's using. Could you tell me what the diameter of your tube is and what the Centerline radius of the Bend are also where you got all the product like the flange and collector. Awesome video keep up the good work

I understood most of it but can’t see how the collector will get welded all the way around each tube. No room to get the welder in there lol
