Fernando, what i noticed is that you were doing you were using some very big strokes on your vertex area. What you should be doing is doing small strides across your scalp. Slow and little strides. Will prevent tears on the scalp and the breakge of the needles. Dermarollers usually tear the skin instead of puncturing it effectively when used the way you do.

It's probably the reason people buy a dermapen. But dermarollers are a good purchase too since dermarpens get expensive quickly.

Ordered the same one, sadly it's a fake dermaroller as it doesn't have separate needles and are connected through discs . An ideal one should be attached through seperate needless in horizontal line .

you should never go back and forward like that. you should always raise the hand after a roll and then put it back down or the needles will go back into the same position and can cause scarring

do not use in reverse motion. use in horizontal, verticular, tint angle only. massage scalp with biotin or collagen drops gently and avoid sunlight for 24 hours. repeat once a month. wash your hair before treatment and let them naturally dry before the procedure. . use a mild shampoo only .

Use the derma roller once x week, dont wash it after 24 hours, then use minodixil topic 5% + finasteride treatment
