This incident occured in Soekarno Hatta International Airport Indonesia, and the airline in the video is TransNusa. The ground maintanance had his backbone damaged.

That absolutely should NOT have happened. he door should be securely closed before the stairs are removed....I blame the ground crew.

The stairs should be removed once the cabin crew has closed the door, if the door has to be opened/is opened when the stairs are not there, a strong yellow-black strap should be put on the door to prevent somebody falling. Here I believe the ground agents are morrons
