Passenger falls out of the plane mid-flight 😨

For the record, the passenger did not fall out of the plane to the ground. She was killed by shrapnel from an engine explosion that shattered her window and she was partially sucked out by the air displacement and she did die from her injuries and it is super horrible and sad. Very very rare, though.

Can't believe someone actually said "she wasn't clear as to incident"! She was trying to fly a destablised aircraft, after the plane decompressed, a lady dies horribly and passengers are seriously injured and are totally terrified... so the Pilot hasnt been able to do a close inspection and take notes..while trying to safely land the plane! Can you imagine the panic if the passengers saw the Captain taking notes on the damage, death and serious injuries instead of trying to do her job and land safely!! THATS WHEN the National Transportation Safety Board can investigate... pilot relies on reports from other staff! She did a magnificent job, calmly, intelligently and concise. Deep respect for this pilot. Condolences to the ladies family and friends. Hope injured recovered well and RIP to the deceased lady. ❤❤❤

Pilot was a former military pilot who after her service became a commercial pilot. This was in Philly. Horrible event but pilot kept calm and cool.
