Hello - I would like to Watch my folder for any new file and automatically uploaded to my FTP - Does this scenario supported?

For Example :
Any new file in the folder should be uploaded on the FTP after every 30 min -

Do you have any document on this or how to achieve this ?

Is it possible to have it detect and download new files inside a folder of a directory that is being monitored? So lets say Directory A is being monitored and I can set it up to download new directories from inside Directory A, but what about if i add any new files into the directories inside Directory A? Basically is there a way to just download any and all added/new directories and files inside of a monitored directory?
