How to upload files to a FTP server automatically

In this example we show how to use XenoGuard to automatically upload files to a FTP server from a folder on the desktop.

There is winwcp that is free and claims to do automatic uploads but it`s very complicated goes above most people`s heads and again may not work with all servers.
