Traditional anxiety treatments didn’t work for me, and I know I’m not alone in that. Doctors and other professionals didn't understand. Medications didn't work. Nothing mainstream worked. So I decided to find my own way through it. I beat DPDR completely on my own. It's FULLY gone. I have the old me back. I love life again. The moment I felt emotions again for the first time—the moment I felt connected to my life again—was the best moment of my life. I will never forget it (you won't forget yours either). I documented every feeling, experience, failure, and success I had during those 5 years that I had it for because I swore that once I made it out, I would do whatever I could to support others during their journey of beating DPDR. I had it 24/7 for 5 entire years.
I believe that DPDR is THE WORST mental condition to endure. Nothing else has ever compared to it for me. But once I came through the other side, the anxiety and panic attacks that I used to have completely went away. Everything became clearer, more rational, all my symptoms went away, and I finally felt like myself again.
