The first week when mine started especially the first day which was like 3 weeks ago and in school I felt that for the first time and I was panicked but I it wasn’t too much so when I went home, it got very worse and I got a panic attack and I was felling like I was dying but now, even if I feel DPDR I just say positive things to myself and that’s what brings me back to present

I tried weed a few months ago and i have been fearing of having the effects again for no reason (wobbly vision and zooming, lasted for 6 seconds but scary) but i just ignore it and it goes away, you should just use logic and be calm theres nothing wrong with you

I feel like the serious DP symptoms are gone long time ago and now dealing with the aftermath. Is this normal or like I was supposed to forget about it cause it doesn’t seem so
