These are the 2 things I’ve been struggling with. Especially since having a baby 5 months ago, my belly hasn’t gone back to how it was pre-pregnancy 😞 I’ve never struggled with my belly before

😍My 9 day completed guys, Thanku so much....very effective exercise 🎉before exercise - Weight- 64.50 / wst-35..And after 9 days my weight 63.45 kg / wst - 33.5 😊..I will do this exercise everyday Because of which there will be more changes in me😍

Started doing these workout from today, day one completed.. 8 more days to go, shed some sweat, feeling very much better. Really great exercises, I'm sure, with sweat I'm gonna loose my belly fat as well 😃🤞🏽
