Actually, it is possible if you had the sabotage map open up before hand

Clash: It is impossible to sabotage when standing close to the cams.
Me: hits the sabotage button before going near cams, but continues moving until I am close to the cams. Then I pretend to watch cams but sabotages lights instead. An unsuspecting victim that walks in will meet an unfortunate ending.
