The third pitching velocity is collapsing the front leg. When you collapse your leg you are leaking all that energy. To fix this you need to learn to pitch against that front leg and have a good shin angle into the ground. A great drill you can do for this is up-the-mound throws. Go behind the mound and you can feel that frontside working back a little more and embracing against that front leg. This is another pitching velocity killer. #baseball #baseballtips
