If you are otherwise fit and there is no major underlying medical condition. Then just try any multi vitamin one tab a day. I however use vidaylinT from Abbott. Trying gym is another remedy with light exercise mostly stretchers. And at least once a week take a bath, don't use towel, remove the water through your hands and lightly massage whole body with mustard oil so as the mixture of water and oils is absorbed in the body skin. Hopefully you will feel better. .انشاءاللہ العزیز

Try to walk slowly daily after some intervals even at home.
Try to offer prayer regularly. Perform every pasture of namaz slowly and with full
concentrations.
Inshallah soon you will feel better and will enjoy better life.
