Emotional Alignment is 4Sight's proprietary definition of mental health / emotional wellness / EQ. It is achieved when our four social emotions - guilt, shame, fear and worry - are in balance, ensuring we say/do what we should and don't say/do what we shouldn't. CORE - an acronym for Commit, Observe, Reflect and Edit - enables Emotional Alignment.

CORE is the 4Sight Process. It is an individual customization of the main approach to changing the way people think; cognitive behavior therapy or CBT. It is the step-by-step plan you can use to integrate the 4Sight Model knowledge into your daily routine to reduce irrational thought, resolve conflict and effect behavioral change.
