I always liked how Scarecrow, who always thought he was as dumb as a bag of hay, used sarcasm to anger the trees into throwing apples, so Dorothy could have some. That just goes to show that Scarecrow was a lot smarter than he thought he was.

I love how Scarecrow gave the teasing look to the trees at 1:01 just to get them to throw apples at them for both Dorothy and Scarecrow to take since it shows that he's very smart where he felt he didn't have a brain which he did and he did tell Dorothy that he won't try to manage things because of not being able to think but, he actually thought about how to get apples.
