Solving a problem with static in Pinnacle Studio 18 Ultimate

While creating instructional videos using layered titles I ran into a problem with clicking noises that sounded like static. I found a simple fix for this and here it is.

Like many people have said before me, THANK YOU! I ran into this issue with Pinnacle Studio 20 Ultimate and was baflled. I've used Studio since version 9 and never ran into this before. You saved me a colossal headache!

HOLY have spent 3 hours troubleshooting this issue.. This fixed it in Pinnacle Studio 19.. THANK YOU.. I was about ready to revoice over a 12 hour video edit.. It has ruined lots of my videos in the past as well.. No more.. Ty sir!

Thank you. I had no idea what the problem was. In one case, I used a title with no text and positioned it to hide a light that was rather bright and distracting. I placed the title over the entire video. The entire video had this static and I did not know why. Now I know what to do to remove it. I thank you on behalf of myself and those who watch (and listen to) my videos.

Terry, many, many thanks for making this video!!!! Pinnacle was driving me NUTS adding this clicking and popping onto my finished video !! Was banging my head against a brick wall trying to add filters to solve the problem. Your post saved the day! (and my sanity!!)

Mother of Mary -- Terry THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!! For the life of me I could not figure out what the hell was causing the crackling. I tried to get rid of it with compression, noise reduction, tried WAV, MP3, converted and nothing worked EXCEPT for your FIX!! :):):)

Thanks Terry. I have noticed this a few times recently when working on my drone videos for my channel, but a recent video had a very loud crack at certain points. I thought it was my wireless headphones, but it seems that Pinnacle Studio programmers have still not fixed this even in version 22 :( Worked as treat Thanks, God Bless You

THANK YOU SO I didn't know what was going on with that! I'm still using studio 16! Guess they haven't fixed that issue in several upgrades! I upgraded to adobe about a year ago but still use Pinnacle cause it does stuff adobe doesn't.

my audio files starts to crack make a sound in the end. cant turn them off.... ;/
