IN HOME WORK PROB TRANSFER FUNCTION H(s)=1/s+1 IS NOT A VALID TRANSFER FUNCTION SINCE IT WILL GIVE y(t)=e^(-t)x(t) WHICH IS NOT A LTI SYSTEM HENCE QUESTION IS ITSELF WRONG YOU CAN'T GIVE 1/s+1 AS A TRANSFER FUNCTION
