Started from zero no Refferals never grew up here . Came at 18 don’t know much people . But after 2 years of it seeming hopeless. It starts to open up. You have to be born a salesman to do real estate . Especially if you are dealing with investors & commercial. You need the ultimate patience & faith. I almost quit 3 times but I couldn’t see myself working another job that’s boring or “safe” . It sucks when you’re trying to do it and you’re going through and just putting money putting money putting money but once you close one deal you make all that money back and everything that was hard suddenly becomes easy and you get clients left and right. The key is oFF market properties.

I build new houses, I participate in construction and I earn money building cheap, super cheap. I am studying to be a Real Estate agent. I give my clients 1% for him and 2% for me, minus my expenses. He also participates to earn money. Even if I buy the land to build the client's house, I give him % money. I don't have time for the nonsense that woman talks about. What is this idiot talking about? Donald Trump changed the entire business game, it is not the same today April 26, 2025 everything changed, wake up, not only by putting on the most expensive perfume in the USA YOU SELL, YOU HAVE TO ACCEPT WHAT IS AND IF YOU ARE GOING TO EARN A LOT OF MONEY.
