1. Juicing does not remove ALL the fiber. It removes the insoluble fiber and leaves the solvable fiber. 2. Of the items on that list, kale has the lowest amount of oxalates. 3. Make your own juice.

It’s easier and cheaper and healthier just to make your own smoothies from whole vegetables and a small amount of fruits at home

Wait....I drink the Naked green juice ALL the time....Inflammation to the gut!!? I was literally in the hospital with bleeding recently and they said my colon looked really inflamed. I have an appointment on the 25 with a gastroenterologist.

Could my issues really be from the green juice? 😒I know it has a lot of sugar but it says 0 ADDED sugar, so you would assume that the natural sugar isn't bad for you. I was just about to get some more I am so glad I didn't.
