I just got 30 lbs of toms. Thank u for the tip about coring. I hate wasting so much of the tomato meat. This will really come in handy tomorrow when I start processing them. Thank u and enjoy your well deserved time off!

When we moved to Japan with the military, I had to store all of my canning equipment. I ache to can stuff around harvest time, but since I can't right now, I will live vicariously through you 😉. Great video!

Have a fun time off, yall deserve it. Thank you for this video. I've never made the sauce. I always can whole or halfed. I might try this. I love canning, but I only waterbath. You are giving me hope to try a pressure canner. One year I made 19 different kinds of jellies and jams. Have a blast.
