In video it says to puree tomatoes in food processor but does not mention removing skins. In recipe, it says to put tomatoes through food mill to remove skins. which is correct?

You also should of used a wooden or plastic spoon and went around the inside edge of the jars to remove any air bubbles...Or at least that is required for pressure canning.

What exactly is a non-reactive sauce pot. When it comes to tomatoes, I assume any metal pot is reactive, but that is all I have other than using glass bowls.

I wish there was an edit, it was also not mentioned that the lid sucks and snaps down for a seal. If it does not, it should be re-bathed, or used ASAP as the seal did not take..

Ok the lady on the video said 20 pounds of tomato’s but the recipe says only 20 tomato’s so does that mean the spices should be more?

I don't trust water baths, I pressure can. What pressure and time? I pretty much do everything at 15lbs since I usually involve meat and that takes 90 min.

Sounds good but looking for clarification. In the beginning it says to use 25 pounds of plum tomatoes, 1 pound onion and 10 cloves garlic. At the end it calls for 25 plum tomatoes, one pound onion and no garlic. Ginormous difference and contradiction. I just wanna get it right. Thx.
