I'm not entirely certain whether Lindy is channeling a (long ago and far, far away) Jedi Master, or the Discworld's famous philosopher, Didactylus. The clothing indicates a Jedi Master, but the words of wisdom remind me more and more of Didactylus. Perhaps the streams of space-time have become crossed. Or something like that.

As common as this saying is, it just occurred to me that I might count my chickens well before they become fully fledged chickens more often than I should
