3) adults - Jedi Padawan
4) soldier - Jedi Knights
5) field supervisor - Jedi Paladins
6) council - Jedi Master

I would definitely go for the School of the Jedi Sentinel.
Just seems like, by far, the most versatile branch, where all of your skills can be applied in conjunction with the force.
It was was after all, the over reliance on the force that led to the downfall of the Jedi order 🧐

Lightsaber color was well explained long ago in KOTOR game: blue-warrior, yellow-sentinel, green-advisor, the latter focuses on using force over fencing skills. They all might have padawans with different colours.
