As I’ve gotten older, I find the best width grip is the one that the easiest on my shoulders. Generally closer works better for me. But I’ve been training for 35 years and my shoulders have definitely become the weak link. Love your channel. Best bench info on the internet. 💪

I use s thumbs-length grip . It uses muscles pretty evenly. It works for me. Closer grip presser 4 LIFE 🧬🦏🦬🏋🏿‍♂️🤸🏿‍♂️💩👑💯🔥🦍☕🙏🏿👼🏿💪🏿🍫🍌🥨
