"One of the most important aspects of the right to to own property is the right to exclude people. This episode is timely since the Supreme Court will be hearing one of PLF's cases in less than a week, which is a landmark decision for property rights across the country.

Very interesting! What does the law say about forcing you to do work for another person that you don't want to? If you run a business do you have the right to refuse service to a potential customer?

Which of the following operates as an exception to a property owner’s right to exclude?
1:growth controls
2:awarding punitive damages for intentional trespasses
3:public accommodation laws prohibiting discrimination on the basis of race

I’m asking this question because, I would like to understand the difference between exceptional right to exclude and right to exclude.
Thanks

And what about state laws that forbid business from excluding transgenders from the bathroom they identify with?
