How a Case Gets to the Supreme Court (Anastasia Explains)

Despite what you hear on TV or in the movies, you can't just take a case to the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court will only hear a very small fraction of cases involving a very small fraction of disputes. The Supreme Court only hears three types of suits: appeals from state courts, appeals from federal courts, or cases where the supreme court has original jurisdiction. The entire process of how a Supreme Court case gets filed is explained by Anastasia.

The Supreme Court maintains original jurisdiction in some cases.
The exact wording of Article III, Section 2, states:
“In all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, and those in which a State shall be Party, the supreme Court shall have original Jurisdiction. In all the other Cases before mentioned, the supreme Court shall have appellate Jurisdiction, both as to Law and Fact, with such Exceptions, and under such Regulations as the Congress shall make.”

In Cedar Point they Ruled 6-3 finding California law unconstitutional

I just have a question I'm really confused on if these judges are not taking article 6 title 4 USC 101 they must fill out this oath with their fool legal birth name and it cannot have so help me God and if they don't take this oath then all other are no good there are void how do we have lawful judges or any lawful government employees that must take that oath

Still waiting since 1964 to have my adoption nullified and take back my legal birth certificate. And not have that authority or custody be given back to my biological relatives or their relatives. I am in need of a lawyer. I am okay with going to the United States Supreme Court. Several law enforcements, the AG of CA., and the ACLU are a few organizations that have been informed.
