1 year deadlift transformation with 100kg/220lb, first 100kg deadlift was hit in July 2020, and the 2nd was hit August 2021. Gyms being closed also hindered my progress during that time so i reckon i would have even made more gains if they didint close! 🦾

Finally a transformation thats possible, i keep seeing some 14 - 16 year olds trainings 3 months and lifting 250kg / 550lbs at 40 - 60 kg bodyweight and claiming to be NATURAL or REAL

Did my first 100kg Deadlift today. Started gym early August this year. Currently at 70kg bw, 170cm. I feel good. Aiming for that 110 before new years 😳

I am 16 years old and within two months, I increased my deadlift from 40 kg to 100 kg, of course five repetitions.

tbh your technique, apart from strength, improved a lot. Your old one looked like you werent bending your legs enough so obviously making it harder for yourself.

I had done gym for 3 months and quit. Then my deadlift was 75 kg. Now it’s been 2 weeks since I started gym again and I somehow hit 100kg
