I give garlic to my father ....at nite I cut 2 to 3 cloves into small pieces nd put in the glass of water over nite ..nd he drank that water early morning empty to God his apatite nd other stomach problems no yrs passed he drink this water....I prepared fr him...as I don't hve mother ...

I have to disagree a little on # 6, although it's obvious that when you cook garlic is not going to be as good as eating it raw, but the reason chicken soup is so good when we have the flu is not because of the chicken but because of the vegetables, garlic, oregano that we put in it, is the chicken broth that is helpful in getting us over the cold and flu symptoms.. What you put in chicken soup is what makes it beneficial for our health.

hi from Hawaii I eat raw garlic each and every day unless i run out of garlic that day??? But I buy the garlic pre packaged at a hefty price--I have not heard any information about buying fresh garlic peeled and refrigerated in the grocery stores. Is this Garlic peeled and pkged no good--or has lost its potential benefits even though it is transported in the chill.

I ❤ TO eat raw garlic thats grown in spain i also like red peppers like scoth bonnet peppers although my Doctor says it might cause stomach ulcers if eaton to much. I like to chew or swollow whole never realy tried swallowing garlic whole I usually chew garlic. Best to eat garlic raw.Although this is just what i like to take other people may differ or not consume garlic at all. I ALSO HEARD FROM A YOGA EXPERT THAT EATING APRICOTS EVERY DAY WILL INCREASE YOURE LIFE EXPECTANCY
