ABOUT ME:
I spent years trying to "crush goals" through trial and error. Every website and article said something different. I tried more diets and workout plans than I'd like to admit, and worst of all... I saw no results. I felt no different.
After becoming a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM) and working one-on-one with clients, my eyes were opened to all the BS on the internet. There was no way I could have sifted through all the craziness out there without knowing what I know now. So, I am dedicated to sharing real, science-backed information that is proven to help you reach your fitness goals while creating a strong, healthy mindset.

The BEST review of this program I have watched! Thanks so much for this. Its great to hear from a Personal Trainer. Not many care about the "nitty gritty boring" stuff like warm ups/cool downs and proper core work.

PS- could you post some of your favorite core workouts? I know crunches are bad but I have such a hard time finding good core workouts :)

I aways have a hard time on how to keep my core tight during compound movements. Please make a whole video about core and help ur girl out 😭

This is so informative!! Pls make more educational videos! I am taking pilates right now and I can totally understand the core work and having thoracic spine be mobile. Also pls review Alexia Clark’s workout program (it’s been said that whit and other fitness influencers are inspired by her movements). AC incorporates core work with her movements unlike others :)

thank you so much for explaining how crunches impact the spine and muscle memory. I was always told ab exercises that involved a lot of spinal movement weren’t the best but I didn’t know why.

Only just finding this video but I didn't know that about crunches at all! I'd never even considered it like that. So, for core do you recommend more stabilization movements like planks, leg lifts, etc? There's also the point that in order to actually work the muscles of the rectus abdominis you need to take them through a full range of motion (pelvis to sternum) and that would usually require a crunch type movement... what do you think of that?

As a college student, Whitney’s app is SUPER convenient! I do wish the leg days were a little longer, I definitely sense more of an emphasis on upper body days. I’d love to see a video from you on your top core exercises!!!

Have you ever seen Booty King’s program? I purchased it & I have my own opinions on it but I haven’t ever heard anyone review it.. would love to hear your thoughts, bc I know so many girls purchased it & it’s not super clear...

thanks for the review! It would be great if you can make a video on how to properly warm up and cool down cuz I’ve also noticed a lot of apps don’t include this part and I wanna make sure I’m doing it right as a beginner! <3
