Pedro Alonso López, also known as The Monster of the Andes, is a Colombian serial killer and fugitive who murdered a minimum of 110 people from 1969 to 1980 in South America. López claimed to have murdered over 300 people, so he's one of the serial killers with most kills.

What’s crazy is I heard of a dude who served 33 years for simple marijuana possession… however once he got out the first road he went down he saw a cannabis store claiming they “will bring your cannabis to your door” the justice system in this world is broken and it always has been.
