So ... what *is* the fix for scar tissue after surgery?

My surgery was unavoidable (cancer), and a year later, I'm still dealing with deep internal scar tissue. I have no intention of having the tissue cut away; I just want to know how I can ease the stiffness.

Haha! I had an appointment with an orthopedic surgeon years ago; he took a phone call in the middle of the consult to make arrangements for a dinner party. (I am NOT making this up!)

My brother went to the hospital for abdominal pain. It was the gallbladder. After extensive tests, his gallbladder as good, But, the doctor recommended removing it, smfh.
