Newton played pretty well despite coming off a injury, covid, several players opting out and depleted on offense. Still was 7- 8 as a starter. About half of those losses were late in the game. Not giving up on Cam. He can still play.

Several Patriot defenders opted out at the beginning of the season. It was Cam's first season with the Patriots learning a new system without a preseason. Signed like a month before the season started so no real prep time. No receivers no tight end. And still almost made the playoffs smh oh yeah he even got covid during the season so that fatigued his body for a couple weeks during the season HE'LL BE OKAY!!

I say give the man a chance with a full off season to get ready for another season and some recievers other than Jacoby myers, that means having all nine players that sat out come back with a good tight end, the running back position is set with what they have but a bit of work getting great players would help them to win more.
