Attorney claims ex-deputies 'kidnapped' his client before crashing

Two ex-LA County deputies have been charged for allegedly violating a man's rights in Compton. The same deputies were involved in the 2020 shooting of 18-year-old Andres Guardado, who was shot in the back five times by one of the deputies. Kandiss Crone reports.
