IF you say buy a Windows license from the Microsoft Store to activate Windows on a VM does the first or second import option keep the Windows license you bought from the Microsoft Store to activate your Windows VM?

I've tried multiple times, and each time it says cannot find VM. The most user-unfriendly export/import I've ever seen. I've tried exporting with the Manager, with PowerShell, etc, and every time it says it cannot find the VM, despite the fact it's there on the folder. VMware where are you when I need you?
