P.S. I just got off the phone with an iPhone genius at AppleCare - she was not able to solve my problem, BUT you did!! Kudos!

(To be fair to Apple, they are restricted, in that they have liability if they were to tell people to stick things in the speaker hole and if the speaker gets damaged, they get yelled at. So let’s not be too rough on them!)

I just tried this with a toothbrush and it did wonder, the speakers were clogged with dirt (they were basically all white) and after brushing for a few minutes it’s like new :D I’m gonna try this on my PS5 controller now and see if that will solve the issue of it not always charging.

Aww man…. Why did I never think to use tape?!?! I couldn’t hear my phone calls for literally the last year…. Thought my phone was busted! Always had to put it on speaker..

I used a cleaned off mascara wand. I was shocked on how loud my speakers became again. Like brand new!
