for solution of this u need to download a patch file which i have mention above , you must me aware of which OS bit your system support you need to check on CMD by typing systeminfo then go to system type u can find your os bit size

2 you can only right click on this PC and to properties where ;u can see your bit size

3 you need of other system which is working fine in which you need to install patch file and copy patch file to pan drive and then install that patch file to windows 7 laptop/pc in which u are facing the error of dynamic library kernal 32.

after installation of patch file you need to restart your system after that your issue will be solved

if u are still facing same problem then comment i will try to fix
