HOW TO GET RID OF INSOMNIA

There's nothing more important than good night sleep! It gives you energy for the whole day, restores your strength, cures minor pains and aches, relaxes all muscle groups and internal organs! But here's the funny thing, it all works good unless you have sleep troubles. So in order to stay healthy, cure menstrual cramps, headache, backache and other sorts of pain you need to sleep tight.

And here's how you do it! One of the best ways to deal with sleeping problems is yoga. Find the most suitable asanas for you and make a little sequence, for instance, pigeon, bow, cat-cow pose, spinal twist, child pose, side bend, upavista, any pose you like!Sleep tight and stay healthy! ;)

HOW TO DRIVE SLEEP AWAY

Is another important question. Because you need to sleep tight at night not during working day or during an important meeting.

So here are couple tips how to drive the sleep away:

- turn on a bright light
- turn on the air con, a fan, or open the window
- massage the crown of your head, the back of your neck, your ear lobes, and the area under your knees
- breathe in normally and breathe out fast

This was on my recommendation. And yesterday I was talking to my uncle and he was talking about how he thinks I have insomnia. I had my phone with me while he was telling me. How ironic is that?

I have intractable back pain. I could NEVER sleep with a rolled up pillow or towel under my back! It bows my back up and makes the pain worse. Only pillows under my knees that make my back flat to the bed helps. I always sleep on my side with my knees towards my chest. Preferably the left side for reflux and comfort
