Some benefits I see:
Good convenient exchange between Bus and Train
Excellent design
Traffic lights outside have been reprogrammed

Some problems I see:
Duplicate/Confusing Signage
The crowd level during peak hours
Some berths are right handed which confused some commuters

The Exit Ramps, Any ideas why the left lane is for 'Right Turn' and not the other way round just like other traffic junctions?

Finally the old Woodlands Interchange opened already with a new improved look, but sadly we don’t see the old iconic buses anymore.. :(
