I found 2 G Drives at work. Never could use them because of that same reason. I thought they were formatted to Mac so I never used them because I didn't know how to do this. This helped me make use of them right when I needed them! Great tutorial and appreciate it!!!

You are a LEGEND for this! I got an external hard drive for a film class 6 years ago that I've been wanting to use now to store other things on, but zero online tutorials I found for 4 days were able to fix it...I couldn't even get the "new simple volume" text to show up. As of 8/8/2023 on Windows 10 (and with a different external hard drive by the same company), this tutorial still works. I wish I could like this video a billion times, man saved me at least 50 bucks with this.
