I have a little bookiewook that I use to track my workouts. It might look strange but it really is a game changer. Question: is it absolutely necessary to progress from week to week or can the progress be more spread out? What I mean is, do I need to increase my weight or reps week to week or would I still make gains if that increase only happens on a monthly basis?
