Stephane, thanks for the tips and drills. Question: for medium pace runs, my cadence is about 185, but when running tempos, repeats and strides, it's around 200. Assume that's ok because I'm landing midfoot? Stride length also increases with speed (from 1.2 m to 1.5 m).

Stephane, whether cadence is affected by GPS or not? If I try to control cadence in safe range as you mentioned but GPS will make pace lower or faster, Cadence also will like pace?
