That is a nice garlic mayo. Not actually aioli though, is it? Which is made without eggs, just garlic, EVO, salt, and lemon juice, and the best stuff is made in a mortar and pestle, the crushing of the garlic yields a noticeably better garlic flavor than the blades of a food processor. But, not everyone wants to put in the time and effort, I understand.
