For those shooting BRAW: Leaving the color space tag as "Same as Project" and setting the gamma tag to "Rec.709-A" seems to fair best when uploading to apps like Instagram.

guys dont use 50.000 bitrate for 24fps, the file will be huge. Go with 5.000... thats what instagram recomends

This is super effective for me! My footage are from my iPhone 12 Pro and these settings work so well to produce crisp outputs, without any artifacts. Also, despite the file being so big for an 18-second clip, IG didn't compress the footage for some reason.

Hey man, i exported in mp4, put it on a usb stick from my pc and put the video on a mac. Then airdropped it to my iphone but i can't play the mp4 file

I edited a video for my reel, using phone footage and I do all the settings. As soon as it renders I get black borders. nothing is working 😞
