Instagram compresses and changes your settings to 30fps, so it's better to record with that fps otherwise it will add frames to your footage and make it jittery

What if you don't use the vertical drone camera setting? So my videos are horizontal and then I have to stretch them into the vertical frame size. Im assuming that will lower the quality?
