QUESTION: Why do you always select 12mbps? I heard someone else say to use 20. They also said to use VBR 2 pass because it makes it higher quality for uploaded videos. Is this true?

thank you! so helpful. Quick question - I did this and my computer said it didn't support the hardware encoding. I'm not sure why because I have a brand new MacBook Pro M2 and it's pretty maxed out. I don't know if this was the reason, but my video has a slight jitteriness to it. Could that be why? If not, I'd love any tips on how to make it look smoother. Thanks!
