Cheapest 40A EV Charger on Amazon! Will it work?

I wanted to purchase a cheap and effective charger for our Mach E so we wouldn't have to use the Ford one every time we anted to charge at home. I also didn't want to spend extra money of features like wi-fi and app control as the Ford app does this for us already. I also wasnt wanting one that required you to push any buttons.... simply I just wanted to plug it in and walk away.
The requirements were 32A or more, 25ft or longer cable, and no extra features.
